The questions we get a lot
Do you work with [my industry]?
Probably. We’ve helped e-commerce brands, coaches, agencies, restaurants, SaaS startups, and non-profits. If you have a business problem that content, design, social, or branding can solve, we can likely help.
How fast can you start?
Typically 1-2 weeks after we agree on scope and you sign the proposal. Rush projects sometimes possible for 25% rush fee, but good work takes time.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most projects are 50% deposit, 50% on completion. Larger projects can split into thirds. We want this to be accessible, not just profitable.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That’s what the connecting is for. We’ll help you diagnose whether it’s a content problem, a branding problem, a website problem, or an “all of the above” problem.
Can I just hire you for one small thing?
Sometimes. We prefer ongoing partnerships or comprehensive projects, but if you just need a landing page designed or a social media audit, ask. Worst case, we say no nicely.
